Job description
We are in search of a CDP Solution Specialist (CSM CDP) who possesses a unique blend of marketing creativity and technical acumen. This individual will be instrumental in crafting customer-specific solutions in the realms of CDP, CRM, and Loyalty. The role entails managing the intricacies of data and system integration, demonstrating the ability to formulate feasible proof of concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding Customer Needs: Meet with customers to comprehensively understand their needs and evaluate how our products or services can effectively address those needs.
- Product/Service Analysis: Gain an in-depth understanding of our product or service, and articulate its features and benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Custom Solution Creation: Build custom solutions tailored to specific customer needs and articulate how our products or services can effectively resolve their challenges.
- Solution Development: Develop use cases and automation workflows that showcase the benefits of CDP to C-level executives in the long run.
- Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and feedback, and actively contribute to the creation and sharing of proposals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster close interaction with stakeholders within the organization to ensure effective communication of customer information and requirements.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO, Business Director, and Solution Manager to align solutions with the allotted budget during the sales/pilot phase.
- Ongoing Solution Enhancement: Continuously review and improve solutions and use cases applied to enterprises during the maintenance phase.
- Test and Demo Setup: Develop test models and product demos to illustrate the functionality of our product or service and its ability to address customer issues.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 - 12 months of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- The blend of creativity and system mastery, experienced with CDP, Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Loyalty.
- Martech (Customer retention, loyalty, or CRM) background is a MUST
- Experienced in building customer journey/customer engagement/customer retention flow for FMCG, Retail, F&B, Media…
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
